Perfect choice!
Purchased this lid a while back. It was easy to install. Worked great, still works great. New- it will close very very slow, don't think it's not working properly, because it will over time close gently, but a bit faster.

Nice look and fits/works very well
Easy to install with depth adjustments which is a great feature. Takes only few minutes Not sure initially because I don’t have model number of current Toto toilet seat, but it fits well with little adjustments, closes quietly and easy to clean Wish part s are available and the price could be cheaper because only the hinges that were broken but need to change the complete seat

Package arrived all beat up and the parts needed to install were missing. Very disappointed in the shipping aspect of this product. Where's the quality control?

Impossible to level, breaks easily
Had my plumber install as I am handicapped. A few days later called him back because seat was slipping around on the bowl. He said he could tighten it but very little because the plastic could break. Adjustment was good but 2 weeks later, the left side broke away from the bowl and really slipped around on the bowl and became dangerous! Toto used to be an elite brand. They have, however, abandoned all quality in their products. They should be ashamed of this product!
