Super easy installation takes less than 30 minutes. Lined up perfectly with my Kohler toilet. Once installed the set up was very easy. After a couple of visits and trying the various water pressure, temperature and multiple other settings I found the way to achieve the ultimate clean. Once you find those setting they can be easily stored for your following visits. Up to 2 people can save their settings. The quality and finish of the washlet is superior. Feel strong and durable. The heated seat is a nice addition and energy plus savings allows the washlet to track your usage (learns it after 10 days) and turn off the heated seat when it's not in use. Best of all....you will get the money back on all of the toilet paper you no longer need to buy.

We usually see 5-star reviews for transactions that go without a hitch. Mine didn't, but Walmart's response was immediate and successful. An item I ordered from them online arrived with a couple of small parts missing whose lack would render installation impossible. I immediately contacted Walmart via their Help email. Within one hour, their response team returned my adjustment request with an email dialogue. They asked for a picture that would help them pin down exactly what parts were missing. Within another hour or so, they determined how they could access the OEM parts and gave me an option to order the parts myself and later be reimbursed or allow them to take care of the whole process. I obviously opted for the second course of action. Within the hour, they sent me a tracking number that allowed me to follow the replacement merchandise through the carrier system they chose. By the end of the next working day, the order was filled and the parts were on the way. I'm 79 years old, so I have had my share of adjustment requests. This experience with Walmart was the best I have ever experienced. The test of a good company is its ability and determination to solve problems when they arise, especially related to customer service. In this instance, Walmart passed the test with flying colors.

Ever since visiting Japan and learning that these types of bidets are the standard, I knew I had to have one. Specifically Toto which is known for great quality. The K300 works just as described if not better than expected. The heated water is consistently warm and doesn't seem to lose temp just as the product indicates. All other features work flawlessly (heated seats, fan, deodorizer, etc). I highly recommend this product.

There is a learning curve, but I am gradually learning how to operate it. As I use it more, I see what items I have to look up to make changes in its functioning. I am super glad I bought it. A limitless supply of warm water is an asset, although I did need to have a new electrical line installed due to the heating features. I'm not speaking of a new outlet, I had to have an independent line put in to accommodate this particular bidet so its heating functions do not blow the circuits. I never knew how nice a heated seat can be and the cleaning functions are really helpful. I bought the installation package offered through Walmart and I was pleased with the price and the competence of the workman.

The K300 is one of the premium TOTO washlet models. I like the sleek design, endless supply of warm water, remote control, and dryer. (You lose one or more of these features with the less expensive models.) It is easy to install and adds value to any bathroom.

LOVE it! Bought this bidet after my husband had shoulder surgery. Great addition to our bathroom! Water heats up nicely, and love how everything is customizable. Super easy to install. Highly recommend.

Uncomfortable with the back of the seat sits too high.

I like the warm seat and low profile. I don't like all the required maintenance, the constant misting every time you sit- even if your not cleaning, pages of warnings, and especially the fact that the listing didn't mention you need to check with your doctor before using if you have a compromised immune system. I bought it for my husband that has a poor immune system so now we are out of luck.

Super bad delay in shipping. Shipping route very unreasonable and wasteful. Package arrived to a nearby city only 2 hours away, only to be taken back the direction it came from to a city 6 hours away. Thus, causing a half week delay. No compensation was offered by any party including Walmart. Should have stuck with Amazon for online shopping. Walmart is not up to par.
