I have found this product to help with my stress and it aids my digestion. I have IBS-C. I also like that it contains more than one type of magnesium and there is only 1g of sugar alcohol per the recommended dosage of 4 chews. Many magnesium products, like gummies, have added sugar, which I don't like. The flavor is a little tart, but I like it.

The tablets were easy to take, flavorful and did not give me the GI distress that I get from the Magnesium tablet supplements.

I like the chewable magnesium supplements and these taste good but are a little too tart. Might be the lemon juice. I would suggest a cherry flavor. Nonetheless, magnesium is a critical supplement especially amid this never-ending pandemic,
