I got this particular magnesium to focus on leg cramps at night. I have one calf that cramps up from a past injury. I've been taking this kind for a few weeks now %26 realizing I'm not having the cramps like before! I have also seen improvement in my sleep. I take one every night. I will definitely stick to this type of magnesium %26 brand also!

We have tried other magnesium glycinates and other magnesium blends that all claim to help with sleep. This is the only one that has been able to consistently help my husband sleep through the night. Without it he often wakes in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep for hours despite really needing the rest. Or he can't fall asleep to begin with. We ran out of this one and he tried another that we found locally and his old issues came right back. We got this in the mail and started using again and he slept through the night the first night. We will definitely be doing a subscription and recommending to friends and family!

I recommend taking this brand if you never taken magnesium before, its mg is the lowest I've seen. Started working right away on me. First night I did feel a stomach ache, I figured my stomach has to get used to it, it did, no more aches. From the first night I was sleeping better, no melatonin needed. Then my blood pressure readings went down right away too. Every one's body is different, for me these worked. Plus these are just one capsule at night, not like others that are 3 times a day.

The Previous version of the product was good ,this one has silicone dioxide as additive some research raised a concern that it might contribute to gut inflammation

Terrible quality control. I opened the bottle and most of the capsules were not full - some were 3/4 full, some half full, and a couple were even empty! I did take the mostly full ones, even though I thought that maybe I shouldn't - who even knows if they were what they were supposed to be? Needless to say, I didn't feel any benefit from these whatsoever. I just hope they didn't do any damage if they were not actual magnesium. I only tried them because I was out of my usual brand and I need to order that from somewhere else. I added these to one of my orders thinking they would tide me over until I could order my other brand. Lesson learned! Do yourself a favor and order a better brand!

Zero stars. Ingredients NOT accurate. Has additives and cancer causing ingredients (silicon dioxide) which they don't advertise online.

I've been through most of this bottle…it appears the cutter for the silica packets was faulty and cut a packet in half and was placed in this bottle so the contents spilled into the bottle.

I ordered magnesium chloride, not magnesium glycinate. It was substituted without my permission. And when I tried to reach my shopper, there was no response. I can't use the glycinate for the purpose I ordered the chloride, so I know my review isn't actually fair to the product. I am limited in my means to let my feelings known. Walmart delivery has disappointed me many times.
