I have been ordering this for years now! I love this product. When I am feeling dehydrated, even after drinking a few glasses of water, I add this to a glass of water and ice cubes and enjoy the flavor, it's so refreshing, and I feel hydrated. great taste for zero sugar. Nice energy boost full of basic supplements and electrolytes. Easy to carry on the go. Mixing nearly instantly; I sometimes add it to my smoothies. Tip: when opening and your pulling across the pouch pull down against it a little or it won't open correctly and if you don't have a knife on you it'll be harder to open; but once you get it down they open easily.

I feel like it definitely helped with electrolytes when I was feeling a little dehydrated during the current heat wave. I didn't feel as sluggish or drained after drinking this. I did enjoy the taste, the grape wasn't too sweet and not too watered down either. I would definitely drink this again when I feel like I need a boost of electrolytes in my day.

This power pak is something that I needed in my life. One pack in a little water and I get a large amount of vitamins and minerals. I feel so much energy and not as sluggish in days I add this to my water. I like that this comes with 30 individual packs, allowing me to use one a day wherever I am. The powder is ground down fine and mixes with the water with ease. It isn't gritty either. The water with the pack mixed in is smooth and enjoyable to drink, I don't need to force it down. One pack is more than enough for a day you get plenty in the one serving. The grape flavor isn't bad it has a slight sweet taste so I personally add a bit more water to even out the sweetness. As a supplement I am very impressed with this one. I highly recommend it.

After initially mixing it with the recommended 2 to 3 oz., I usually add an additional 6 to 12 oz., depending on my schedule. They also come in convenient travel size individual packets, so I can throw one in my bag when I'm on the go. My favorite time to drink it is during and after a workout session. I feel much more refreshed after a long walk or fitness class when I use Power Pak. When not working out, I like to have a glass with my breakfast to get all my Vitamin C in first thing. The Power Paks are easy to open and dissolve quickly in ice cold water. I would give my shaker cup a good shake before each drink to ensure anything that settled became mixed again. The grape flavor is yummy! I find the taste best with about 10 ounces of water vs the 2-3 ounces that it states on the directions. I used the Power Paks to help with additional hydration & immune system boost daily. I love having all my essential vitamins and minerals in one drink daily! I typically drink one before my morning workout and it helps me feel energized and hydrated. Every day feels better after drinking Trace Power Pak!

What I appreciated most is that there are no artificial sweeteners so it was an instant yes for me to use in my routine as someone who can get migraines from artificial sweeteners and a lack of electrolytes. The taste of the grape flavor was Concord Grape and it wasn't overpowering yet not too light to not taste, although at times I could taste the “vitamin” style taste but once you get the right ratio you prefer of the pack to water, it's perfect. I add it in the morning before the gym and I feel great knowing about all the minerals going back into my body after a great workout. No over the top energy, just steady and clean feelings from this. Loved it.

I appreciated how you can dilute the mix to your liking. I like that it adds flavor to my bottle of water while also giving me a vitamin C boost. My 4 year old son loved the flavor too when he would take sips of my water. A great addition to your morning or daily hydration routine!

As advertised, I haven't used it as a full hydration replacement as it does not have the suite of minerals to support that. However, it does have a plethora of vitamins and minerals that most electrolyte drinks do not have so adding it in as an additional wellness drink seems like the best option. I haven't noticed any difference to my overall wellness but most people aren't going to notice much when adding extra nutrients if it's already been a part of your routine. As someone who already consumes an electrolyte drink, a lot of water and some caffeine throughout the day, I found that adding one more drink was a bit of overkill. But if you enjoy a lot of drink variety during the day, this would be a great addition to ensure you're getting in the extra nutrients. I am interested to try some of the other flavors as I did not care for the grape. It was far too sweet for me and tasted like a processed fruit flavor rather than flavor from real fruit. Overall, I do not plan on purchasing this product in the future as I find I'm able to get what I need from vitamins and minerals in capsule form but if you're someone that wants an extra drink during the day, this would be a great option!
