Tracfone Alcatel MyFlip Prepaid Phone

The phone is perfect for my 70 year old mom. Call and simple text without all the confusion of a smart phone. Camera is nice so I can send her pictures. The speaker works well and volume is loud enough for her to hear. Large buttons also help her.

It is my second one as I washed the old one. Rice did not work as the phone was on when washed. Thys time I added a mocro SD to it to save my contacts on it.

Great tracfone...this is our third phone for our special usages.

I got this phone for my grandpaw and it's easy to use. He loves it.

Great for a basic phone, has many standard features, very low cost to own.

This is just a very basic cellphone meant for plain old phone calls and not really much else, which is fine if that's what you want, which is what I wanted. It has a few extra features that do work but are a little convoluted in their execution like texting. Basically if you are just looking for a cellphone to make and receive plain old phone calls this is the phone for you. If you are looking for a smartphone to use as basically a netbook then this is not for you. Bottom line is it is an adequate device for what it's primary purpose is......to make and receive cellphone calls.

The ringer volume does not lock in.. I received two calls yesterday and never heard it ring. The control is in a bad place. The volume was turned down and I did not know it.My old phone the control was in a different place. I do not think its the phone is as good as my old one. I bought the most expensive flip phone i could find. I wish it was like my old one.I really don't know

I love phone however there wasn't any booklet or SIM card in box. The details in the description of the phone stated new condition and did not say a SIM card needed to be purchased and that disappointed me. The phone is not ready to activate out of the box. No instructions … nothing.

Didn't come with instructions can't turn it on it just doesn't work
