this phone works with safelink i just switched my sim from my old phone to this with no issues. i was concerned with buying a refurbished phone but this thing looks brand new no scratches or wear and coming from a 6s to the 13 this thing performs amazing and the battery life is outstanding too.
Major upgrade from my old Android. Very pleased with the new phone; storage, speed, features, integration with my 9IPad, purchase process, TracPhone product selection to fit my needs, price, transition to same phone #, online and phone line assistance. Easy peasy. Even for this octogenarian. Two Thumbs up 👍 👍
I thought the price of the phone for that model was good. I didn't like that the phone didn't come with a sim card. with that being said, there was a delay is transferring my service to the new phone while I hunted for a sim card. Everything has been working fine with then.
Searching and texting. Admittedly, I have always had an android system and this is the first Iphone I have tried. Calls, searching and texting are quite easy as I familiarize myself with the features. In all, I thibk it will end up being the best phone I have had.
This is a very good cellphone. It is very easy to use. It is also easy to make and take calls. Phone numbers have to be entered one by one. This takes a LONG time but it is necessary.oo
Well its newer than the iPhone SE that I had....but if I had my choice I wouildn't even carry one with me. I hate all this new techical crap....make's everybody that has one not able to commuicate like a real person, they get too dependant on them....reminds me of Linus and his blanket on Peanuts....LOL.
My tracfone Would be most excellent with the exception of phone calls people claim that it breaks up and I echo very disturbing for them receiving my calls
Be wary of buying prepaid phones online from Walmart. When a phone is purchased in-store it gets scanned at the register which enables activation. That step seems to be missed for ship-to-store orders, which means the phone gets flagged as stolen when you attempt to activate it. In my case, I tried to get it fixed at my local Walmart--which didn't work--then I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Tracfone support to get it straightened out.
I am concerned that since I brought it home it may not charge well due to something wrong with the phone and not the outlets, cord or blocks that have been purchased to charge the phone if someone can email me and see what I can do to get a new phone. I may not have access to my this newly purchased phone if I can't get it to charge again. For now, its not charging at all and dead for this new 1phone 13.. help please. Thanks.
I really hate having a smartphone of any kind. I have been a lifelong flip phone user (dumbphone) and this is the very first smartphone I have ever owned. The only reason I got this iphone is because it is becoming harder to get by in life without one and here are just a few examples: Ticketmaster tickets are paperless only, QR code to access menus at restaurants (especially allergen menus), Can't pay a parking meter without it, Can't check a price at store without it, Amusement park require it if you want to look at a map (paper maps no longer available) and order food, and the list goes on. All the apps are frustrating and not user friendly, which makes you spend more time on the phone than I would like. My mental health and stress levels has gone up. I honestly hate it and it makes me want to cry.
