It works. I just used two at a time. My medication does not let me go to the restroom like a normal person. I don’t use it every day but when I do, I just boil a cup and put two bags instead of one and that works.

Only thing is, I don't like drinking hot drinks in the summer, but this stuff works for me. I usually use two bags in a LARGE mug. Let it steep about five minutes, then add some sugar-free French vanilla or hazelnut creamer. Next morning it works wonders. Like it better than one of those shot glasses full of Miralax.

It was recommended as a mild laxative. It worked at 4 hours and 7 hours. After that, I was regular and have been forten days now.

if you ever need something to help things move - this tea works. I drink it before bed and it takes about 6-8 hours to work. It tastes good and does the job

Great product but you have to buy the pepermint. Senna is hard to stomach. Even it being peppermint, you just have to drink it fast. I hate the tatse. But is does the job. I take it early morning around 8:00 and I dont eat anything. You drink lots of liquids, But drinking milk products with slow down the process of making you go. So just clear liquid like lemonade until you go 1st.Then after that then you can have a latte or frappacino.

Smooth Move - senna %26 peppermint Taste great, could enjoy drink as tea regular except it’s a laxative. Best laxative I’ve ever used. Recommend it to anyone. I’m so glad Walmart carries this.

Ive been terribly sick with tummy issues, ironically from the smoothie I made. My best friend recommended this tea. Im having some of the tea now. By tomorrow night, I should feel loads better by then. This and Marshmallow Root has been a life saver. Game changer. I highly recommend both of these. The Marshmallow Root helps with pain. This tea does what it says. Next week, Im looking for a Dietician.

It works great but taking before bed wasn’t a good idea i ended up with diarrhea 1:30 in the morning and the mint taste isn’t strong but it does work

I switched my diet to a whole bunch of veggies and leafy greens with either chicken or seafood. Unfortunately it backed me up since I did a 180 on my body. Everything I eat is organic too. So I looked a tea up to help me go. Well let me tell you that it started working within 5hrs of drinking it and it's now been 9 hours and I think I'm finally COMPLETELY empty. I used to be able to go normally. Once, maybe twice a day. I'm pretty positive I'll be back on schedule after this. I just needed a little help since I started eating healthy. Another thing is that everything I would eat I would immediately have to go straight to the rr and it'd give me cramps. Well some other reviews said this was smooth for them after steeping for 15 mins covered (per instructions). I did the same and let me tell you that I'll probably steep for 10 mins of less next time. It gave me terrible goose bumps cramps. The flavor I like so no biggie on that. I love pretty much any tea. But if you need some natural relief this is definitely the way to go.

It worked overnight as expected and it was not too sweet. There was a little stomach cramping but it was tolerable. My daughter tried it and she said her stomach cramped bad. I guess it may depend on your pain resistance but I liked it and will try it again.
