Traditional Medicinals Tea, Breathe Easy, Tea Bags, 16 Count

okay so for those who have not tried them yet the tea bags from the company 'traditional medicinals' are not the best flavored tea in the world, but that's not why one buys them. they have specific blends for certain health issues whether you suffer from them chronically or just occasionally. I often have chest and sinus congestion and find this particular one for 'breathe deep' very helpful and soothing. this company's tea bags are unbleached, free trade with ethical practices and a great organic option for those who want tea That's unadulterated with microplastics or pesticides

I was nervous about the taste but ot wasn't bad. I used with to many other products so effectiveness I'm unsure of.🤷🏼‍♀️ I do notice a change when used before my morning walks.

It works. it has helped with my breathing an mucus its definitely doing something. putting this in my daily routine. definitely worth it. the tatse isnt all that great but I dont care. mix in some honey an its pretty good.

this tea is amazing I haven't stayed COPD and have struggled with covid for the last month and a half. my daughter brought me some of this and it's been the best thing that's helped my breathing besides my medicines five star tea for sure. I will be drinking this for the rest of my life at least one cup a day.

One of the best teas I've ever had. And I don't like mint! So refreshing both during a cold and after. Buying again!

For this to be a somewhat traditional med. tea can't really go wrong . Just add a bit of honey with lemoon and lime juice, and a bit of peppermint, or halls cough drop and you'll have a good tasting tea. The flavor itself isn't bad at all.

I use this daily. I have COPD and this really helps with coughing up the junk in my lungs. I keep it made in advance, store in the fridge and take a couple sips several times daily. Good stuff

A bit on the weaker side taste wise, but nice for opening up the sinuses / lungs. Do not drink this daily - it is not for daily use. I drink it once a week or so to help clear up my sinuses (allergies) and get any mucus up out of my lungs. It is AMAZING if you have a cold, especially for the first two or three days - remember, this isn't a daily tea. Has a beautiful eucalytpus scent and a grassy, earthy taste. Add a little sugar or honey. I do honey and lemon in mine :)

Overall, it's a gentle tea with a nice taste and scent, but I wouldn't necessarily agree that it helps me breathe easy. I purchased this when I had the flu and couldn't shake the respiratory issues afterwards. I was hoping to find something to help me breathe at night when sleeping or during the day at work, but aside from being warm and soothing, it didn't do anything. I will say the flavor was gentle and soft, and it doesn't have any overpowering mint. For a nighttime tea, I love it.
