Makes perfect no-knead boules! Have used it twice already with plans to bake weekly now that I have this Dutch oven. The navy blue color is very elegant as well. Knowing it can be used two-ways for casseroles, etc, makes this a great investment. Highly recommend!

Just make sure if u have a glass stove top to be careful not to move it around without picking it up first to reposition. The exterior finish is not a smooth ceramic, it's rough %26 it will scratch %26 ruin the surface. This is the only con I have about this product. I love how it cooks %26 since buying I have used it frequently with great results. It is heavy so if u have weak arms this probably isn't the unit for u.

I love this pot case iron has been around for many years this pot seal in flavor of food doesn't take food long to cook I can use this pot two ways not only a pot but can be used as a skillet also.

Excellent quality. Excellent workmanship. My mother had a Tramontina dutch oven that is still in our family. it is 50 years old and still looks and works great. i would recommend this product to anyone who cooks.

This is perfect and solved two problems at the same time. I needed a dutch oven that had nothing on top so I could invert and use smaller side down and dome side up for Sourdough Bread for better rise. It worked perfectly. The bottom of my oven has a heating element and my old DO had to go on a lower rack which always over cooked the bottom. I liked the black interior too and will use this for every loaf from now on. Love the blue color and black interior too.

Have only used it once to bake no knead bread. I like the product. I purchased white and it looks just like the online version. I put my room temperature dough into the Dutch oven that was also room temperature for final rise. Scored the top and placed in a cold oven and set the temp at 450 degrees and cooked for 50 mins removed top and browned for about 10 mins. Had very good results.

The ring around the lid is all rusted and some stains around the pot from the inside but the outside of the pot is all pretty, too bad can't use it

I have to return the cookware. It was supposed to be be enameled and it is not.
