Tranquility 20lb Cooling Weighted Blanket, Griffon Gray

It is everything it claims to be. Of course, I haven't had it long enough to know what summer will be like, but this winter I love it. I chose 20lb because I read you should select one that weighs between 8% and 12% of your body weight. When it arrived I initially thought, uh-oh, this is too heavy. But I quickly learned to like it.

The removable cover is a game changer! I have other weighted blankets and washing them is a CHORE. Wash it in the bathtub, try to squeeze out as much water as possible, and then find a place to hang it to dry. The cover is a fantastic addition. I bought this one for my son-in-law and he says he hasn't ever slept so well before!

Kind of heavier than I expected. I would like to have a 20 pound twin size cooling weighted blanket, but I couldn't find a twin cooling weighted blanket. The 20 pound is cooling but is heavy to try and pull around. I should have got the 10 pound or 5 pound. The cover comes off and washes in the washing machine without tearing up !!! And it dries in the dryer.

I liked that it has a washable cover. I received it late afternoon and washed the cover before using. I have had it for about a week and my sleep has improved most nights. My Fitbit watch confirms this.

It's very comfy and I love that it has a cool side and a warmer side, the beads distribute alright and it's not too heavy. Definitely worth the price, if you're looking for an affordable weighted blanket ^_^.

I love that they offer 20lbs. The blanket is not too hot and it's the perfect weight. I have restless legs at night sometimes and this helps so so much. It's a good size blanket. Love the fact that it has a removable cover also

So far so good! I didnt need anything to help me fall asleep, but I did work 14 hours the day before on only 4 hours of sleep so..... Normally to sleep I need the tv on and to smoke some weed. last night I just passed out after puting this nlnaket on me. My little dog who cuddles under blankets wants to love it but apparently its too much for him. So I had him sleep on top of it under a different blanket. As for it being too warm, I didnt have an issue. I had a light blanket on me, the weighted blabket and then a small comforter over the weighted blanket. I dont think its suppose to be directly on top on you. As for the cover it says it comes with, yes it is a cover. the zipper is that bottom right next to the tag/label. Ots a small zipper and its the type that catches a lot or breaks so be carful with it. The reason I give this 4 stars and not 5 is A) I have only used it one night and B) lower stars get read more often, people want to find flaws on things. A lot of the bad ratings I read seem to either be for a different blabket or are user malfunctions and dont have much to do with the blabket.

It is NOT the dimensions stated!!!!!! Ads say 48/72" .... it is only 44 x 70". A CHEAP TRICK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This product did not meet my expectations. In using or trying to use the blanket, the inserted items that make it a weighted blanket falls to the side of your body when under it. Which definitely defeats the purpose of being a weighted blanket. RETURNED

The weight is great but it is so hot. We keep our room at 60° and i was sweating so much under just this weighted blanket.
