Needed a great pillow to replace my older one. I loved that pillow and was skeptical that I’d find one as good. After searching I decided to try this one. The cooling side of this pillow is amazing. The other side gets too warm. It’s firm enough to keep my head and neck in a good healthy position but cool and comfy enough to relax into a great position. I’m a side sleeper and this is the perfect replacement for my old favorite pillow.

my body runs hot, and i end up sweating when i sleep, this pillow is a godsend as it actually works! it doesnt slightly cool you. when you lay your head on the cooling side, it actually feels cold to the touch, and that is an amazing feeling in the middle of a warm night

I have severe lumbar scoliosis and so we’ve been looking into the Purple beds and decided to get one, but I also saw pillows on there with the same exact technology used as in these pillows but they are nearly $200 a piece. So, I got excited when I found these but also a bit apprehensive to try them out because less expensive often results in a lesser quality, but these pillows are amazing! To be honest I couldn’t wait the whole 72 hrs, did 24 instead and they are so extremely comfortable. They hug every part of your head, neck and shoulder, making it feel as if the pillow was designed specifically for you. I used to toss and turn all night, now I don’t think I move at all and we’ve actually slept a full 8 hrs every night since getting them. These pillows have been the best purchase we’ve ever made!

I have searched and tried numerous pillows over the years searching for a firm but comfortable one. They say firm on the packaging and are for a month or so but this pillow is adjustable. You read right! When you get it it's vacuum sealed. Open it and place it somewhere where it can expand and air for 3 days. It's very firm if you leave all the filling in. There is one zippered outer cover and another zippered inner cover that holds the memory foam. After the 3 days try it the way it is. Some like the firmer, higher pillows. If it's a little to high and or firm for you unzip the pillow cover and unzip the inner cover. Have a Walmart bag or similar to put the extra filling in. I took out about half or maybe a little less. I filled one Walmart bag. I tried it that night and it still felt to high for me so I removed a second full bag of filling and it's now perfect. Extremely comfortable. Now, if I feel it's flattening on me I have 2 full bags of fill to add instead of buying another pillow. It is well worth the money and the cover is washable. Both are if you want to remove the filling that you left in for your comfort level. Hope this honest review helps you in your decision. Happy Sleeping

I’ve struggled to find a good pillow that doesn’t sink in or it’s too hard that my neck wakes up sore but this pillow feels amazing at night. I’m the kind of person that toss and turns all night and with this pillow I just sleep on one side and stay there the whole night.

If you're looking for a pillow that won't go flat, this is the pillow for you. Even when sitting up in bed against it, it does not flatten but almost hugs your weight with support. cool touch on the blue side and soft cozy white side. It is a bit thick for my liking but it is definitely a supportable non flattening memory pillow.

They were a different brand than what I ordered. So that’s why I give them a 4**** review. My husband and I both had to take a little of the filler out. Neither have had any neck aches when waking up. I do fluff them every time I make the bed, they go back perfect. ♥️

When I received my pillow, I thought I would be able to use it immediately but there was a label that said I had to wait 3 days for the smell to go away and for the pillow to fluff up. I did just that but the smell is still there so I don’t even use it.

I did not notice any difference from one side to the other as far as coolness. if you're trying to keep warm this will keep your head really warm. I didn't like it because it slides out from under your head like a satin pillow would. once it you lay down and it gets compressed the foam inside the lining becomes a brick. the first picture is after a night of rest you can see it won't even stay in the pillowcase.

purchased a king size which is a puffy soft but the slim size makes pillow too puffy and firm. It raises your neck too high which makes your neck and back hurt. advertisied as cooling, which at first to you touch it is but absorbed heat from your body after a while
