The front panel is the big difference. My mom is a side sleeper, and she has a back injury so it is hard to get up quickly. That front panel really helps her not have to deal with problem leaks. Great product.

So, I'm doing this one for those others who may be on their own frantic search, since these needs sometimes appear out of nowhere, as did ours At first use it felt bulky, where others were trimmer, BUT these held up %26 the "trimmer" ones did NOT. As we used them the feeling of bulkiness felt instead comforting %26 cushiony, soothing. Lots better. The biggest star rating is they do what they are supposed to do, %26 what others claim to do %26 do NOT, they DON'T leak %26 they DO absorb. Really! So try these first %26 stick with them, you"ll be glad (when you're NOT changing sheets!) you did.

Love the crunch I get with these. When using in dips they don't break as easy. Also just enough salt.

I buy these overnight diapers for my mother. We haven't discussed details, but she is clearly happy with them.

i especially like the fit for an overnight, never had any leakage. it definitely is superb for overnight. Some other brands won't make it all night. a little more costly but the quality is worth it.

I bought for a teenager bedwetter and I thought they would be Fuller coverage. the products work great for everyday use but for overnight I'm not sure they have as much absorption as I thought.

It's got a lot of absorbency but I also had to put a pad inside for night time. Also of course on the bed and it came through a couple of times. Was what the doctor recommended though.

I get it for my mom. the sm size fits prefect around her thigh, but short material towards her hips. the medium is great of material for her tummy and hips, but too wide around her thighs, and her urine spills out. i have to return 3 bags of the medium bags. she weighs 125 lbs.
