I use this mix to make waffles. Delish! I add a little vanilla and cinnamon. Sad the one store on town that carries this is always out. Next time I see them in stock will buy all of them. The people that complain about the price of this mix....not sure why...they are much more healthy than your standard mix.

Excellent favor and better texture than lot of GF mixes. I go a little easy on liquid and let it sit for a few minutes to absorb so it's not so thin. DELISH!!

They're thin because they don't have traditional flour or preservatives in it. The oil is a healthy oil so using the required amount won't harm you.

I've tried what seems like an innumerable amount of gluten free pancake mixes. These are the best tasting of them all. There are others that are decent but they don't mask the gluten free taste as well. Granted these are thin, so you can reduce how much oil/water you put in them but we just mix them with another plain gluten free flour mix so they come out fluffy with a nice crispy bottom. They aren't inexpensive and they aren't huge mixes but they ingredients are good and the taste is worth it. They also sell a syrup which is super tasty as well.

Amazing! I never write reviews for products. This kicks even most standard pancake mixes. If you are looking for a gluten-free, no refined sugar breakfast option, look no further.

These are so delicious. My husband and I absolutely loved them.

I like the pancake mix. I've had better. The price point for what you get is not a good value. The packaging state you can get 7 pancakes out of one bag, if you want skinny pancakes one of my kids can eat one bag of mix by themselves and there's only 2 bags. Made waffles in my waffle maker and I only came out with 3. So if you have a big family to feed in the morning, go for something else.

These pancakes are just not good. I eat gluten free pancakes everyday (Bobs Red Mill or King Arthurs) and bought this because everything else was out. Plus, I've been excited to give it a try, but they have the weirdest taste, don't rise, stick to non-stick, oiled pan like glue, grainy texture, and just not worth the money. These aren't it, y'all!
