It washes your hair. So as far as that goes it does what's expected. However, tresemme uses dmdm. Which causes hair loss. I have lost a significant amount of hair using TRESemmé products until I became informed of what this ingredient actually does. So I do not recommend it to anyone. I will certainly never use it again.
