at first it wasnt easy but its like playing a game and now im up to the third ball. i cant keep it up for more than a second yet but im working on it. i highly recommend it bc you try to rember to practice and you forget, when you see your little game sitting there you want to break your last record!

this works better than the one they gave me from the hospital. having the three different balls to control make it harder to use on purpose. you can use it the simple way just by raising one of the balls or you can use it the more difficult way by raising two and keeping one down it takes a lot of breath control. I had viral and bacterial pneumonia and influenza B and a sinus infection and this device has really improved my breathing over time. I noticed if I forget to use it for a day there's a big difference. I recommend this to everyone.

I like the breathing in and I'm up to two of the three balls going to the top. and also how good my breathing is after I finish 20 sets. My small air duck 's are closed in my lower lungs So I'm hoping this and exercise's helps open that back up.
