I wanted to try the berberine to see how it might help my gut health. It has done wonders. I had been struggling with what was more or less dumping syndrome and (gross, I know) I could often see some of my pills in the toilet after I used it. They were going through my body so fast I wasn't absorbing the medication. Since I've been taking the berberine, my GI function has been much more regular.

I am a type one diabetic! I have been taking 3 tablets of SoActive for the last year and a half with each meal. My blood sugar is on average 147, well within the 140 to 180 mg my doctor wants. After a meal, just like on insulin, my blood sugar goes high, but I am only very high 1% of the time. I am high 20% of the time. I can't recommend SoActive enough. Everyone is different, so listen to your body!!!!

I have been taking this supplement for heart health. My period rarely on schedule ever since I was young. I noticed that I am almost on time with a day or 2 variation. I just assumed my body naturally going it. Triquetra Berberine has been out of stock, and I ran out at least w weeks ago. I'm on week 4, and no period yet. Based on my research a while back, I have concluded that this supplement helped!! I hope it will be back in stock soon!!!

I can't really give an honest review of the product...My Glucose levels have gone up, but that could be caused by a host of things. However!! I will say the company gets an A++

It seems to help with curbing my appetite and I haven't used it a full month yet so I'm hopeful. I would recommend because there is a money back guarantee if it doesn't help you so far I think it's working.
