I can't say much about sensitivity as I am not the one wearing these, but I can say that these are a lot more reliable than any of the Trojan Bare-skins we've tried. We've been using these for almost two years and have never had one break or come close to it, and the box lasts us all month.

My husband and I did NOT like that Walmart locked up this section in stores, and we stopped buying these products from Walmart altogether because of it.
