I love the ease of use. I don't have to worry about staining that sometimes happens with liquid softener.

Works well, no residue left behind
My clothes are not as soft as when a liquid fabric softener was used, but the static electricity is no longer a problem. I may just need to experiment with the sheets to work out the right amount that I need to use. There is no residue left behind like you get with the liquid, so the trade-off isn't too bad.

Love that it's plastic free and makes our clothes soft. It really doesn't leave a scent though.
