True Detective: The Complete Seasons 1-3 (Box Set) [DVD]

The series is killer and by that I mean really good. The music used is also fabulous. T Bone Burnett really knows how to get you in the mood. The supplier is also excellent. No problem with DVD's.

It's entertaining but sometimes the story line is slow.

Season 1 was my favorite

The first season scared me to death. Excellent suspense in all three series. Also, Good Price for three seasons!

Great dvd set

I got tired of buying DVD's from eBay that don't work half the time. I tried Walmart and got a series that the disc actually play. This is an excellent series that I haven't fully watched since the last one was purchased on eBay and didn't play. Walmart's does not have the best prices but at least they work and allow easy returns should you need it.

nice haveing a scource for older movies

Kindda disappointed in this dvd I found it to be rather slow moving and loosing interest after awhile, story line just wasn't there for me.

The quality of the DVD box set was good, in that the discs arrived in good/playable condition, it's just that only two of the shows were good; the second season was so boring and confusing that we stopped playing it after about 45 minutes. At least the discs were in good shape— which is more than I can say about the brand new copy of “The Last of Us” that I bought from a WalMart store on Sept 23rd. The first disc was scuffed which interrupted playing three times!

I ordered True Detective 1-3 seasons. The discs seem to be okay but I haven't checked them all yet. The cases from all three seasons were busted inside and out. As soon as I opened the package plastic started falling out. All cases were busted on the outside and the discs were falling out because the inside was busted as well. I will have to be careful every time I open them to keep from getting cut. I feel like this is a problem when ordering online. You get what they can't sell.
