Game changer!! Superior hydration multiplier, and I've tried dozens, when it comes to needing to rehydrate quickly! I have issues keeping my body hydrated on a daily basis and this does wonders! If only they had this stuff back in my college years to quickly treat a hangover! I'm sure it would do the trick!

I needed something to help me feel at my best since I'm extremely active and I also have a low carb/low processed foods eating style, so my body usually tells me (cramping) if I'm running low on potassium, magnesium, sodium and other key vitamins and minerals. This quickly replenishes me and it tastes so good and not artificial like a lot of other brands. I'm sticking with this one. I will also try their other products to see if it's just as good. Worth every penny.

Less sugar Taste is Great

Trulabs products are amazing! My son's played sports in highschool and Hydrate gave them the electrolytes to keep them going and recover. Now my son works outside all day and Hydrate is vital to his everyday lifestyle to keep him healthy! Highly recommend!

Incredible product. This is my got to before a workout, during a workout, after a workout, and pretty much any thing in between. Truly a game changer for hydration and mineral replacement. This was also a go to for my wife and helped her stay hydrated post-op.

Glacier is refreshing as dipping your head into a mountain stream on a hot day. TruLabs has the best flavors, is sugar free, and prevents cramps and other dehydration issues better than all of the other mixes I have tried (especially Liquid IV). Couldn't recommend this stuff enough. I just wish Walmart carried the rest of their product line!

My mother has a real problem drinking 8 glasses of water a day %26 so we thought we'd try these to hopefully help with the issue %26 boy did it work! The flavored water really does help with the drinking enough water %26 the flavors so far has been wonderful!

they taste like tums but they definitely prevent me getting heat exhaustion on long saturdays outside.

i dont get why this has good reviews....this does nothing its like drinking Gatorade. i guess im sticking to liquid I.V.
