This tastes pretty good. I put it in a bottle with ice and water and shake it up. It does have some foam for a few minutes but it does go away unsure why some reviews are so weird about that. A great break from shakes and has pretty good protein content. Would recommend.
I found this Isopure Protein Powder superior to the Gatorade one I was regularly buying. I have already used half and I am very pleased. with it. I strongly recommend it.
I don't normally like anything banana that isn't an actual banana but I think this is my favourite flavour! I do not like sweet and you have found the perfect balance of sweet and a bit tart in your infusions. I do not like stevia generally but I do not find this has the normal stevia aftertaste. Your infusions are my favourite clear protein!
I'm obsessed with the isopure infusions lol. it's such a nice change from the usual creamy protein shakes/powders. I love all the flavors I've tried (watermelon lime is my favorite) and appreciate that its light, fruity, and tastes good just mixed with water (great for backpacking!). I also REALLY appreciate the clean ingredients!!
The flavor is excellent and a great source of protein to mix in with water. I use a powered blender bottle and there is a lot of foam, but it dissipates as I drink down 40oz of water over the course of a little while. This flavor is my favorite of the two Infusion fruit flavor protein types I have tried.
Ok. So this protein does the trick when it comes to making your recovery period shorter. There is no sugar rush and there is no way this will ever make you nauseous. My only two drawbacks are the mixability and the flavor. Adding it to cold water it takes some time to be ready. I have put it in my bottle and come back thirty minutes later only to have to shake it again. Not sure why it takes so long to dissolve but I would recommend mixing up a bottle a day in advance of needing it. When it does dissolve it is fantastic. It reminds me of a drink mix in a "lite" formulation. Don't look for a flavor punch but more a flavor back. The greatest thing about this is since t is water soluble it doesn't fill you up like a traditional whey product. I know it contains whey, but I'm comparing it to traditional options.
The taste is ok but it does have a slight bitter aftertaste. I'm not sure if it's the flavor i chose but it's got a mild sweetness. i had to mix it with crystal light. to hide the bitterness.
This does not taste like lemonade. Was looking for a clear protein to replace some of the daily water with some decent flavor and protein. CITRUS is the main thing here. Lemonade is misleading is terms of flavor. I, and the entire family, do not enjoy this at all so we have a huge container that is a waste of money.
I've been going to the gym for years, and taking supplements as well as protein powders, pre-workouts, BCAA drinks etc. I'm used to some things that don't taste great when it comes to workout stuff. I've got to say, the chemical aftertaste that this product has absolutely takes the Cake. it is HORRIBLE! i do not recommend this product at all for a taste perspective, it may give you 20g of protein, but there's other products out there that can give you as much protein, or more that taste way better!
I cannot recommend this product and to be honest I am surprised isopure let it out the door. It does not mix well at all it is clumpy and the product sticks to the shaker. Why does it foam up so much? You will spend more time than what the instructions indicate for the settling process and the flavor is terrible. It does not come close to the indicated flavor of pineapple orange. It’s is bitter with a nasty after taste.
