Epic Lil Bike. Can't Stay Off Of It. Not Only Is It Perfect For Commutes But Riding Around On Trails Is A Blast. The Standard Leaves Alil Room To Be Desired On Battery Life But That To B Expected. Planning On Purchasing The Plus Battery And Poping That Sucker In. Should Take Care Of That. Also Can't Wait To See How Well It Does On Longer Trips.

This Ebike is incredible for the price. Assembly definitely took some time and some patience. Watching videos alongside reading the instructions helps tremendously. Minor adjustments as expected. Some of the factory driven bolts are TOUGH to get out. The LCD screen was cracked on the back of it out of the box but customer service sent me a new one the next day. Im 6 foot 2 inches and an active 330lbs. This bike supports me like its nothing. Out of the box it reaches 20mph, with the top speed mode, i was holding at 28mph. Its an absolute blast. My spouse rode on it with me, together were about 440lbs, and I reached 20mph still. I had a buddy of mine hop on with me, together we are almost 600 pounds, we hit 19mph. This things shockingly powerful and the maneuverability is great. The headlight is powerful, it has a taillight that flashes when you brake. It has blinkers. All in all one of the coolest buys ive done in a long time. Im trying to find excuses to leave the spouse and kids to go cruise around on it.

We got this e-bike for my 14 year old son. He is 5’10’ so we were looking for a little longer style. However this e-bike fits 5ft to 6ft. Super cool e-bike with an awesome head light! This bike cruises up hill with ease. It takes days before it needs a charge! We are so happy with this purchase.

Very sturdy, and has a great speed. The bike is big enough to hold two and it fits me and my wife. Took a while to put together but this is my first electric bike. The brakes work well and the turns are easy to make.

Well unable to test product due to the seat being largely misaligned with the holes. Secondly I would try to make an alternate fix for this however, the holes are off by a large margin. Next thing is on Step 9, they say remove nuts from the seat. Oh but wait. There are not nuts to remove. They placed plastic caps over the screws and did not add the nuts. So yea I can go buy some extra nuts but why should I when everything is suppose to be inside the box ready for assembly. Oh and there is a small bag that says EXTRA, however those nuts are to big for the seat screws. Thanks for adding extra time and resources to this purchase.

My son attempted to ride this e-bike on Christmas and it never worked properly. The system displays an error( exclamation mark on display)on the screen that prevents the motor from engaging. Ive contacted the seller and they have been reluctant to replace this brand new bike. The seller admitted that the ebike brakes are locked and causing the issue and requested that I disassemble the brakes and modify. I requested an exchange and but the seller ignored my request and continued to send the same email. I wouldnt recommend this bike.

We have an issue with the e-bike been delivered with damage . The hydronic brakes wire is torn and was leaking. We opened a return case and we still waiting the seller to take an action. Seller asked for photos and there was no place to upload them on Walmart except here. So here we are. We hope the return will be easy and smooth within the next 48 hours as promised by Walmart. Will update review once seller take action on solving the issue.

I wish I read few of the reviews before making the purchase but I was excited my kids chose this bike and it was on sale and in budget so I got it for them. Do Not Buy !!!! I purchased 2 bikes in December for Christmas. One of the bikes missing a screw and can’t be ride. The other bike my son ride it for 2 days and gets flat ever since. Went to a bike shop they said they don’t have the screw that’s missing and the can’t fix the tire. I’ve email them 3 times before I got a response. They said to send pictures and my address. That’s since January 22. It’s now February 15 and still no response or anything! They take forever to respond. I don’t have a number for them and I’m highly upset my kids can’t get to ride that bikes i purchased $1300 for. I’m overwhelmed and frustrated of their lack of response and professionalism. I would never purchased anything else from them. Not even a bottle water.

Bought 2 of these %26 only 1 came with the back seat part so been emailing the company to send a back seat for the 2nd one but they don't like to respond to emails so until they send me the missing parts for the money I spent my review will stay the same. Definitely not how to run a business when you can't respond to emails. I don't want a company calling or texting when emailing is just fine. They work just fine but would like the missing part %26 can't use the app unless you're right next to the bike.

"Poor design and even worse customer service. The company shipped the bike with the fender screws already driven into the frame so tightly that they are stuck. Even a professional bike shop couldn't get them out. Instead of shipping the hardware in a separate bag, they torqued them into the frame to the point of failure. The seller is now feigning ignorance and ignoring my requests for an exchange. Avoid this brand."
