Would recommend
My husband needed a new CAC reader because the previous one he had broke. This one feels like cheap plastic and you think it would break first thing but he has thrown it in the bottom of his ruck and it has been through the ringer and works just as good as the day we bought it. Not even a scratch on it. No issues with connection or the cord shredding. It has a long cord so it's good for desktops or laptops.

Plug in and ready to use!
It came with a small cd which I thought I need to install its driver or whatever thing, but turns out my macbook and windows desktop can recognize it and read my card properly without any hassle installing process. It's light and small, definitely portable. I would recommend this product.

Very satisfactory
Working well with my CAC. Indicator light is helpful. Didn't use or need the accompanying mini-CD. Selected on the basis of being a popular item of several choices.

Works Great!
I was traveling and my work laptop card reader was not working. I ordered this online on Walmart website and it came next day. It works perfectly with my government laptop and CAC Card.
