My bone spur fell in love with these
The bone spur on my heel is in love with these. I wore them with flats and they adhere to the heel and did not slip. What a relief!

Comfy
This was recommended by my podiatrist. One leg is slightly shorter than the other after repair of a femur fracture. The GEL heel cup makes it a lot easier to walk, I like it a lot.

They are to soft. They don't stay in place for me. Constantly having to readjust in shoe. Have had this brand heal support for many years but is much more sturdy rubber than the new ones.
