Wish for Sciatica Improvement
First time buying this particular brand. I have purchased Tumeric in smaller doses before and didn't really notice any improvement with my sciatica. A friend recommended the higher dose capsules she had with good results and I decided to try these. Just starting them, but hoping for the improvement my friend has experienced.

Informational for Turmeric
Turmeric is one of the best items for inflammation. I have arthritis %26 joint soreness and this product helps.
