these are big capsules, but they are what they are and I like the formula. if you broke them open they would taste like turmeric. I get them in capsules because otherwise the turmeric stains everything. I'm using this to detox with because I'm on a lot of prescription medication.

Recommended by a colleague and I am so glad that I listened to him. This supplement is easing my joint pains in a noticeable way. Also, I am losing a bit of weight. Not too much but a small amount which eases knee pains.
