This is the best pain reliever I have found. Works fast to relieve a long time painful shoulders. Will continually have it available for when it is needed.

Turmeric is supposed to make you feel better physically and for weight loss. I just heard they can cause liver failure so I will continue investigating!

I take 2 of these early in the morning and within an hour my joint pains start to quit hurting. Tried a little experiment, and quit taking them for 2 weeks. Let's say, I won't try that again. My joints were crying by the end of the day. For me this stuff really works!

I have been taking tumeric for for a couple of years now, mainly because I read that tumeric with black pepper is good for rheumatoid arthritis, which I have. I can't honestly say that I've noticed any change since starting them. But I will continue taking them.

I gave this four out of five stars, mainly because they do have a good taste with no icky after taste. As far as do they work well? Let's just say, that I have been taking these for about a year, maybe longer, and I have not noticed any change in my RA symptoms. I still get flareups with sore joints in my hands. I just bought this bottle at Walmart because it was cheaper than eBay, where I'd been buying them. Tumeric IS suppose to be good for treating RA symptoms, so I will continue to take them lol.
