Turtle Beach Recon Chat Wired Gaming Headset for Xbox Series X|S, White

Not sure what Seth is talking about. This works as good or better than the more expensive ones. Sound quality is great. Can hear my kids friends on there when they are wearing it from 10 feet away. So its loud and clear.

Very nice headset, my boyfriend has glasses so the cut out for those helped a lot. All in all happy with the price and product we got.

I purchased this for my 13 year old daughter and it works perfect. So glad I was able to purchase it online from Wal-mart because it was out of stock at 2 other local electronic stores I visited.

This Recon Headset by Turtle Beach is ideal for gamers who spend a significant amount of time communicating during online gameplay engagements. Excellent starter headset for those who like their audio output from their television and chat through headset.

Sound is great. Only issue is the mic tends to drop while in use. Grandson is very happy with it, for the most part.

It works perfectly fine just that it's low in hearing anything even with the volume all the way up. But if you have kids this will be perfect to definitely buy because you can hear every little thing your kids are doing and you still hear the game. So no complaints! Wish it went a little higher on the volume but Thank you

I like the fit, but the sound, even at max volume is so quiet I can hardly hear. That's my only complaint though!

Not a fan. The pictures on the website does not sure the front side of the headset. I did not know they were hollow. There is no foam or anything to hold it to your ear. Very uncomfortable, feels like it's hanging from my ears. I couldn't focus on the sound as I couldn't keep them on my ears.

i can't believe this is a turtle beach product. it didn't fit right, the sound quality is garbage, the mic is garbage, the headphone jack is too longb- you have to partially pull it out to work, but then it's static. junk. save your money.

I am very disappointed when I got my package it didn’t look like nothing was wrong with it but soon as I opened it that was a grape and it was very liquid when I open it and in that case it my headphones do not even work. i bought it as a gift for someone for Christmas but I wasn’t able to go get it in person so I had to order and it came the day after Christmas so the person I gave the gift to. It’s very upset that they can not even use them, their aren’t even working and they just received it and it was a freaking grape in it And some liquid and I’m pretty sure that liquid was from that grape. It went through the parts of the box and messed up the headphones. Headphone where sticking and wet
