Tweezerman is the best.
I have jave not used these yet, I bought them as a backup pair. I have found Tweezerman to be the best brand tweezers. I used to get Revlon, but their quality has declined in recent years. Tweezerman is now my go-to, has not let me down. Excellent quality.

Best Precision Tweezers
Tweezerman is the standard bearer for high quality precision tweezers. After buying cheaper other name-brands which disappointed, I returned. Highly recommended.

They don't pull out a hair unless you put it in one certain spot. Useless and a huge waste of my money!

Item didn't live up to my expectations
After hearing how wonderful this product was I was quite disappointed to find it didn't grasp hair or work as predicted. For the price….forget it! I'll go to the dollar store for the same results!
