Iv tried everything from Golo,to many over the counter diet pills to loose weight and control appetite. This is the best product for me. It does both! Nothing else did both. If ur appetite is under control, then u should see results from a product. Nothing else does both. This does!!!

After trying the replacements they offer in their local retail locations, and throwing them out, I looked for this product again; finding it for mail order. I used this product before out of high school and got excellent results. I recently hit over 300 lb mark and was appauled with myself after realizing I was to big for the roller coasters at the amusement Parks which made my son sad and me imbarresed. Three weeks I have been eating right portions and eat 5-7 times a day of clean eating only. Here I am now 299 lbs and with a little more effort by exercises I know I can meet my goal in ampel time and in a healthy manner. I love this stuff...

I have used the Ultra over the years off and on. This product has been changed. I find it helps with my energy and curbs my appetitie. You only take one pill three times a day 1/2 hour before a meal so you use less. It does clean out your system so be prepared

this product doesn't do what it says it will do even when you follow the directions to the t I am not impressed what they had before metabolife 356 was there best product

Very bad, I'm really afraid to use them. The seal was half way unsealed on the bottle and one pill was on top of the cotton inside. The pills are a fat oval shape and that does not match the pictures of a straight sided pill I see when I look online. The color is a yellow and those look tan. The box calls the pill a capsule. It is a pressed pill. I've had vitamins that look like this. Also it has calcium and I can't take that. I did not know that. I'm very unhappy with this product. I don't think these pills are the ones they are supposed to be.
