U Brands 13 Expandable Pocket File Folder, Gray, 1 Count, Poly

This 13 Pocket Performance Poly Expandable File is the perfect office accessory for someone like me who works in a corporate environment but still loves color! The exterior is a sedate steel gray that looks very businesslike, but inside is a rainbow of colored tabs that can be labeled to organize the 13 pockets. I love the colorful interior! The file expands significantly; I was surprised by how many documents I could fit inside comfortably. The lid secures with a handy elastic loop and button. This file is extremely well-made, with sewn bindings that should last a long time.

I carry this class to class and beat the heck out of it without a scratch to show on it. I teach special education and I have files that have to be with me at all times. It's been kicked, spilled on, crammed, bent, and otherwise abused. Great for students and anyone that needs to have a lot of files on hand. Highly recommend!

This U BRANDS Performance Poly 13 Pocket File Folder, Clear View Top is great. I have several pocket file folders and having the clear view top helps me easily identify what's inside instead of opening all of them (I'll probably be replacing my older folders for this reason alone). There are tab identifiers, but since I'm a visual person, having the different colored pockets also helps. There are 13 pockets (12 with tabs) and they expand where you can fit a good stack of paper in each pocket. it also has an easy-to-use elastic closure that keeps my documents secured. Overall, the file folder is very durable and probably the best I've come across.

I am treasurer for three organizations and need to stay so organized. This organizer makes it a snap. It also looks very cool! The tabs are a real plus.

I volunteer with Quilts of Valor. I'm the Group Leader. So I have to be organized and have many things available at my fingertips. This organizer fits the bill!

Smaller items WILL slide under the dividers and lay on the bottom of the folder, if you don't use manila folders (or similar). Which is OK with me. I prefer to use manila folders. They fit perfectly between the plastic dividers. Makes it easy to remove, and organize contents. I love using this beautiful teal file folder. It's as nice as shown.

Just what we needed to keep monthly bills. We file in a filing cabinet at the end of the year. Fits all perfectly.

The folder has plenty of room for documents and the clear inserts make it easy to fill contents. The paper labels are useless since they have no adhesive and the folders have no provision to accept the label.

The description states that the tabs are repositionable, but they are not. They're fixed clear tabs that have openings in which to insert a label--BUT the company doesn't even include blank labels, which is very poor. This item lost two stars for those issues as well as the method of closure isn't great. A clasp or Velcro-type closure would be better so you're not always having to re-loop the thing over the knob; I imagine with long-term use, that stretching band will not last. For something this big (once it's loaded with items), you might want to get a different one that has a handle.
