U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Pads with Wings, Heavy Absorbency, 32 Count

I have had a hormonal IUD for the last 5ish years and haven't really gotten a period. I had it removed and am no longer on a hormonal birth control. With that… my period has returned, and with a vengeance. I cannot believe how much better KOTEX pads have gotten since I last wore them 5 years ago! These pads are unbelievably thin - even in a pair of skin-tight leggings, you can't tell the pad is there! Not only can you not see the pad, you can also barely feel it; gone are the days of ‘period-diaper'. The adhesive on these pads is also amazing… I no longer have the fear of sitting down wrong and the pad rolling up and sticking to my skin or hair. Along with comfort, these pads do an excellent job of absorbing all of the blood when my flow is heavy, I have not had a single leak. Thanks to the body conforming shape of the pad - the protection is unmatched. I'm glad I went back to my tried and true, and I'm glad that they've improved even more. I will forever be a KOTEX fan.

These are the only ones we will buy in our household. They hold a lot without being overly bulky. Thinner so packaging isn't taking up a ton of space in purse or pocket.

I liked this product for the necessities and the use of the product. I switched to these from the Always one because I wanted something that wasnt as harsh on my skin so far this is what has worked for me.

These U by Kotex pads are excellent! Ultra thin and discreet but very absorbent with reliable wings. The 46-count pack is a great value. Comfortable to wear all day with no leaks. Very impressed!

Absorbancy is highly effective with this product. However if struggles with length I would not recommend. I researched items description and felt these were shorter than measured. The upside is the charcoal reducing unwanted scents. Downside is length made mire for minimal to light flows.

I'm 92 years old. Use these for slight bladder leakage. I don't have any friends left at my age to recommend ANYTHING to.

I now look for pads that dont have toxic chemicals in them. Toxins irritate my skin and cause me to itch. I started wearing these pads recently. My skin is not itchy. This is a HUGE relief. They absorb well so far. Otherwise I would have to buy Reign brand pads which cost more but also do a fabulous job.

The only ones I use. I have super heavy periods and these are the only pads i actually trust. The wings sometimes don't lay right and stuck to a pair of underwear and ruined them - but overall since buying these I won't go back. I really wish the price wasn't so high. Sometimes the length in the back annoys me seems like they could improve it make it thinner there or a tad shorter.

theyre a great pad, i love the shape ,they stay put and are absorbent BUT i think im alergic to the 'charcoal' so i wont be buying agian. i definitely will be buying the same brand which ive been using for years, same brand and size just hope to find without the charcoal

I got these because I really like the Kotex brand of the overnight pads and how long the pads are. I got these to try, hoping the length was just a little bit shorter than the overnight. Unfortunately, it is a pretty standard size and not comparable at all to the overnight length. I find myself needing to use two at once to cover the space I need. While the pads are comfortable and absorb well, it tends to stick to underwear making it difficult to change. It leaves sticky residue on my underwear and pieces of the pad. I bought two of these boxes hoping to last a couple months, but needing to double it every time defeats that purpose.
