It was a great purchase. Ideal for our apartment without a washer or dryer. We were able to hook it up to our kitchen faucet and sink with little challenge. Under fill the washer for jeans and other heavier items The air dryer function gets most clothes to a very lightly damp level of dryness. We hang and fan dry our clothes and they're completely dry in a few hours. A quiet portable washer that even fits bed sheets and thick robes.

After 3 loads, about the equivalent of a regular sized washer, I am very pleased with the performance. The wash cycle is very quiet. The machine makes a mess when filled to 8 l, but works great if you only use the 6 l setting. The spin is quick, but noisy and vibrates a lot. This is a direct from China item and the exact same machine can be bought through Amazon under a different name.

Arived early, with a hole in the box. After removing from box I noticed a large indent on the front and several scratches. It also sounded like there was water in it. It could use a longer drain hose. Other than that it ran great, was a little noisy but not bad.

Washer was delivered fast. The bearing went out after only a couple weeks. I contacted seller, they responded and sent me a replacement washer right away. I was please with the great customer service i received...that time. The replacement model they sent is made with all plastic parts aside from the basket, whereas the one it replaced parts were metal. After about a month the replacement started acting up. Its gotten much louder and making a weird buzzing sound during spin cycle, and shakes quite a bit during all programs even on just the cleaning program and it's level and I've never overloaded it. I contacted the seller again sent a video of the washer in use to show the issues. Got a message saying someone would be in contact soon but never heard from anyone after that. I sent a few more messages and still no response. Aside from being shaky and a little loud it does was good and the spin dry gets clothes almost all the way dry.

Time consuming , water needs special adapter for your size faucet. Needs a longer hose ,missing soap and fabric softener dispenser box ( other than that you have to pour into drum just stay close by to figure out the timing schedule for everything . I need a lil compensation back

The washing machine is great in itself. Now the hose mechanism is not at all sustainable it leaks water in the joing of their hose with their adapter which in turn spills and shoot water everywhere. The hose is very very short and the whole conversion of the hose does not match the attachment they send you. I would suggest if you have any old hoses that are compatible use that one instead of the one they send you with your purchase other than this huge problem. Teaching works like a dream. Thank God my machine sits i. The backyard instead of inside.

Well I asked seller and Walmart to cancel delivery since I found another model better instead both Walmart and seller asked me to refuse delivery. FedEx wrote in my account that importer did not pay duty/tax that's the reason why they refused to delivery and put a restriction in my account. which is a lie. Ended up that I.m the one that has to call seller/walmart/fedex to fix my purchase and return of this product! If I could give -1 star I would give!

this thing was absolutely atrocious not only did it come broken but it barely works it's made of the cheapest plastic you could think of like I've never seen a washing machine this flexible before and half the pieces don't even work I'm looking for a refund immediately

I never received this item. it said it was delivered somewhere in Walnut. There is no evidence it was delivered and I have been charged for this item. Where did the item go? I am requesting a full refund for this item immediately. I'm very dissapointed in the lack of service I'm receiving. Any input would be appreciated.

I bought this washer because it advertises it as a washer / dryer combo so I thought I was getting both a washer and dryer as anyone would if they read the description. It absolutely is not a dryer . Read the fine print before purchasing. It has drying capabilities meaning it has the option to not use as much water during wash cycle do your clothes air dry quicker . Total disappointment I was not happy about this purchase at all !!!
