The packaging was very nicely done it was very organized any directions were easy to read I put together in no time and they have a number and email address everything just in case you need to get in touch with them it was all legit I definitely recommend this I love it and so do my fur babies

It's very sturdy and extra screw parts so no worries about missing parts. Instructions were good which is refreshing nowadays. A little small but I'm very pleased with the materials and construction. The cats use the rope wrapped scratching posts and the cubby box.

It measures exactly 44". I noticed a couple reviews stating that it is shorter (it is not). I have very large windows and have the cat tree in a window so my photos are darkened from the bright background, but you can get an idea of the size in comparison to my cat. My cat is 4 years old and not a small cat, she is average. Her favorite part is the hammock. Cats like being snug and she's been sleeping in it everyday and is very comfortable. It does seem sturdy as she plays pretty rough with the hanging balls towards the tops, and its yet to even wobble. The assembly was easy with every piece labeled and picture instructions. Make sure you tighten each piece! If you don't it will not be sturdy.

very narrow. it's straight up with no outer step to access the very top. also smaller than it appears. the height is correct just the overall size is for smaller cats. definitely no overweight cats due to it being very unstable. easy assembly, took me ab 20 mins. will look for a less narrow play house and gift this one to a friend

I did not get the cat tower pictured, apparently I decided to go with a smaller one. Either that or I was sent the wrong one. either way, it's much smaller than I was expecting and doesn't have as many features as I was expecting. it's very tiny. My 11lb cat barely fits in the bed on top. Both my cats love it but it's very small. I got it to replace their first tower but this is too small for that, so I put it in a corner near the coat rack. It's the perfect size for my very small 7lb cat. heh The scratchers are made out of some vicious material that left splinters in my hands when I picked it up. My cats love scratchers but they refuse to use this stuff. Also, they toy scratcher sticks that just out with dangly toys hanging off them just stick in there. The cats routinely knock them off and pull them out. I'm thinking about super gluing them in. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Color is just as pictured but size small. This cat tree would only work for kittens like I have. A full size cat would not fit in the small spaces. The kitten took up the whole top pad and no easy way to climb it. Picture of ropes is smaller in person.

This is not a cat tower! It's more of a kitten tower. Assembly was easy and typical of a cat tower. One screw provided was too short, had to improvise with a longer provided screw and use the short one elsewhere. 2 stars bc our cars will climb it, but there's not enough room for them to curl up.

The item I received is not the one pictured. I received a light grey one much smaller than the datk one pictured. I returned the 1st purchased one and received the same item 2 days later. I feel like it was a bait snd switch. Very disappointed in the purchase.

BUYER BEWARE!!! What I bought and what I received are not even close to being the same cat tree. The photos advertised are not the tree that you will receive. The cat tree I received is still nice, but it is definitely not what is pictured! Photo of what was received attached.

there was way to many pieces. and the directions were pretty hard. I only got a little less than half of it put together and I then I threw it out in the trash.
