the internal battery holders never have a means of keeping the battery safely in place, they need a dependable on/off switch built into the external port, and I don't use the headphone opening. it has reflective bits on it, but why so small? I like the low horizontal profile, but I do need more vertical storage. clips and an external lunchbox bag is my solution. I ride to work at night and I need the option to plug in lights to avoid collisions.

This bookbag is perfect. Its quality is 100% its heavy duty. Has so many pockets that's what I need.

I'm absolutely delighted with this pack. I looked at others, including some very pricey ones. This holds my computers, accessories, everything else I need, and has places for everything. I especially like how the computer compartments don't open all the way down, so computer can't fall out if you accidentally don't zip it up properly. I use this to walk to work every day and also took it on a 3-week trip to Europe. Absolutely fantastic for keeping all my gear together.

I like the color green, that's one reason why I chose this backpack along with all the pockets, even the one in the back. Strong durable fabric so far, and I like the mesh bottle holder on both side. Good choice.

Nice light weight back pack....has lots of extra compartments which is nice. There's a nice hidden security pouch. We are traveling overseas and will use this for extra things not being packed in our luggage

I bought this for my son to replace his old worn out one. He loves it, he's a little picky about his backpacks, and this one is perfect for his needs.

I'm really enjoying my backpack. I typically carry my laptop, notepad, pens/pencils, and a few personal items. I still have quite a bit of room to pack more, if needed. I also appreciate how comfortable the backpack feels. I walk to work for about 15 minutes one way. The padding is very helpful for my back and the adjustable straps are conducive to my comfort. The adjustable straps also stay firmly in place, which I love because I don't find myself having to readjust them every few days. A great assortment of colors were available. I definitely recommend this backpack for style, practicality, fit, and reasonable pricing. It looks exactly as pictured and the dimensions are accurate. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This backpack is very sleek and it has plenty of storage, it holds my laptop in a separate pouch and secures it so it doesn't slide out. It also includes a port to house a power bank to make it easy to charge your devices from your backpack when no power outlet is available. I love it highly recommend.

It shows a charging port in the picture and mine is missing one.I liked the idea and that was one of the reasons I chose it, but my trip is coming up soon and I'll make it work

The backpack did not come with an external USB PORT and the headphone slot is completely closed. No hole for wires to go through. Also, there's only one yellow pocket and no yellow side inside pocket to hold your phone. I'm confused and feel like it's false advertising.
