This bag is excellent. It's sturdy. There are many pockets on the outside for quick access to things. It attaches easily to rolling suitcases and the size is perfect. Multiple straps make it easy to maneuver.
i love the bag. only issue is i needed smaller pockets. not the vendors fault. my own. i overlooked the provided images. overall i am 99% satisfied with my purchase.
I bought this backpack for my husband's birhtday as a backup for his travels. He has a lot of chargers and cords with other things that make it hard to find anything in there. The material is heavier than expected and the pack is sturdy with lots of pockets and zips. He loves the separate storage cases that came with it, and it even has a USB port. Very pleased with this purchase!
Love this bag! Holds lots and great for travel. The only sketchy thing is the charging port on it, but everything else is great!
this is great bang for the money if you are looking to optimize your travel options. it has the same storage as a 20 inch luggage if not a bit more. the laptop pocket does provide the padding needed to keep you laptop of iPad safe during travel.

Could not go to site to activate my lifetime warranty. Every time I tried to go on the site the activate my warranty, I got response "page is not available
This is advertised as a PERSONAL SIZE item for a flight. (AKA a backpack.) This is not a personal size item, it's a full carry on size/dimensions and cannot be used as a backpack for your free personal item.
This Item was NOTHING like it showed in the Pictures. I Thought I received the "wrong" item-- even the Color did not match what was portrayed!! It looked Black (not Blue)!! The additional 4 cases were Crap!! They were Flat and not with "stiffness"!! VERY DISAPPOINTED in the product received!!!
the backpack straps come out the back pocket so you can't zip it close. The blue and gray does close i would recommended those
