Ordered a king and received a queen with one set of instructions. The cover didn't fit and the box was retaped like we received an already returned item. Wrong number of hardware received.
I dislike that the frame came damage! Also, the frame comes with minimal direction so it's not grade school easy to put together! The sturdiness of the box spring is 1/10. I would not recommend this product to friends and family.
Took less than 15 minutes to put this product together! Easy instructions to follow. Even though it was simple to assemble it is strong and sturdy. Highly recommend.
Came uneven, and pieces didn't match up. They all come like this and won't aline with each other.
This is not what I ordered
It awesome, well worth the price. Easy to put together!
This is not a boxspring. It's a box. It's so many pieces to put together. There was no springs, I did not read the description at all, that was my bad all on me. I guess it would work if you have a mattress that's on the floor. Look for what I needed for. It definitely did not work.
This boxspring is perfect for my child's room. It is very sturdy and enable the mattress to be set high and not low to the floor. The price was within my range and cheaper than a wooden boxspring. I tested it out and it is solid enough for an adult to lay on.
Mattress that I bought for the bed through Walmart is totally out of whack. No idea. I laid down on the mattress after installation of box spring and almost rolled off side.
I received my box spring as scheduled with great packaging. As I was putting the rails together, I notice they were bent. 🥴 BIG BUMMER! So disappointing.
