Umbra 10 gal Grand Plastic Swing Top Kitchen Trash Can, Black

My original Umbra trash can in tan color was over 35 years old. I have been looking g for a new replacement in a store for over 20 years w/o success. Since that can was looking pretty sad I turned the can over and discovered the name Umbra under the can which led me to the Umbra website and my new purchase.

I purchased the Umbra Gand 10 gallon Swing-Top Trash Can. It arrived earlier that stated time. It was well packaged. The trash can is very sturdy an very functional. I bought it to use on my patio. The price to me was a little pricey but after receiving it Was worth the price. Nice can and will last along time.

Im pretty sure my parents bought this trash can about 30 years ago (before I was conceived) and it's still in fair shape. It does the job and it's reasonably priced. Simple so it won't easily break. When shopping for a trash can what else do you really need?? Nuff said. Thanks for keeping things simple and reasonable umbra!

Love the simplicity and style of the Grand Can. This can replaced a well used and hurricane damaged Midi Can. Alas, UMBRA doesn't make the Midi anymore so we opted to go bigger because of the style. We were concerned it would be to big in the area we need it but it just fits in.

Had a heck of a time finding a trash can that fit in my island lower cabinet below the garbage hole cut out. This garbage fits perfectly! Minus the lid of course, the can is tall enough that the garbage tossed in doesn't miss the can. Very pleased with it!

I love this can. Perfect size for small kitchen or office.

I just bought this trash can again. My previous one I had for 14 years and ended up with a slight crack on the bottom because of a move. We love the quality and look of this trash can- definitely worth the $.

I received my umbra trashcans today and am very pleased with the cans and their packaging. They were delayed arriving but that was definitely the fault of Canada Post and not Umbra.

Just average. Seems a little small. When you put in the trash, you have to manually put the swing part back in place by hand or it will not be aligned.
