Umbro Tempest Soccer Ball, Size 5, NFHS Certified

Order was fast and consistent.

he has one just like this, but he decided to keep it anyway.

My grand daughter was impressed with this Umbro NFHS Tempest Soccer Ball Size 5. She plays on a soccer team and needed a ball to practice at home. The Umbro soccer ball was precisely the right size for her. Made of very durable, quality material, took some brutal kicking and still kept its form amazingly well. Survived a dog attack pretty well too. This ball was easy to kick and maneuver across the field, and she was happy to own it.

My dog loves balls

The Umbro NFHS Tempest Soccer Ball (size 5) just arrived at the house and as soon as it was unboxed, everyone headed out to the backyard for an informal game of soccer. This is a well constructed, good looking soccer ball. Size 5 is geared for players 13 years and older, but our younger kids easily handled playing with it as well. It feels light; I'm guessing it's regulation weight. It's easy to kick and transport. I've played with other soccer balls in the past and they didn't seem to have the bounce this one does. I've played with other soccer balls that have hurt my feet (with shoes) when I've kicked it; this one was less impactful, almost cushioned. We had fun playing with it and it got us all out of the house for some much needed and appreciated exercise. We plan to play again this weekend. I recommend this Umbro NFHS Tempest Soccer Ball for its smart looks, great construction, trusted branding, and durability. Also, it's a lot of fun.

This soccer ball is very well made. The quality is excellent. We've been having so much fun with this ball. The only thing is that when it gets dark its a bit hard to see the ball because its black in color. Still, we had fun and enjoyed ourselves with our kids. We kicked it around ALOT and it never lost any air. I recommend this soccer ball

This soccer ball is the perfect size and has a very good feel to it on the grass. I think it made my daughters practice much quicker although I am biased in many ways. They did win the next 2 games since using this ball during their practices. I will be picking more up for them for future practices. All you need is a little confidence to get you going. Simple to inflate and deflate with a sports pin and very durable in the mud and elements of the soccer field.

The Umbro Tempest soccer ball is a quality ball that has withstood even being kicked by my boys in the street. The fine texturing on the ball help you control it well when being kicked and stabilizes it while in flight. Overall, it is definitely a competent ball that can withstand the rough play of children.

The ball came a little flat.

It wasnt as heavy as it should be for a high schooler to adult size soccer ball. it was too light and didnt hold air very well at all, had to be aired up every time my son wanted to practice. being a soccer player as well i felt it was more for younger kids before they transition to a size 5 ball. it seemed slightly smaller than it should have been. it busted a seam after a couple months.
