Bought it for my sister who was in need due to a recent illness and needed something easy for her to access and use, the remote was awesome and made it easy for her to exercise, she said she can feel her muscle building up again and it had all the bells and whistles she needed.
Very quiet. Easy to use. Clear instructions. Zero pain in knees while using. Husband loves it. He's on oxygen in late stage COPD and totally inactive, but he uses this thing daily. It doesn't challenge his breathing, it seems to help with his edema, and it also helps him sleep better and longer. (I bought it for myself, but my husband appropriated it, so now I have to get another one for me.) We have not used the resistance bands included with the unit, but the instructions clearly explain their setup and use.
I love, love, love it… I'm 76 and I have a steel rod in my leg hard to get my exercise in, but with the elliptical I can sit and watch a show for a couple of hours, speed 10 in 2 hours 400 calories and I'm down 5 pounds in two weeks. And I swear to you I'm not dieting.. if you buy one I hope you are as happy with yours as I am with mine. Lynda Jackson Virginia
Had it less than a month and one pedal fell off. It's being returned. The company has issued a refund. I'm disappointed as I enjoyed using it and felt it helped my legs grow stronger.
I love everything about , except I still haven't received my warranty for 2 years which I paid for. I was suppose to receive it my email and it didn't happen!
Instructions were a little confusing about levels and speed but everything else was easy to follow. Actually did what it says it would. got a good work out.
It was already assembled. So easy to use. I love that it has the upper body bands too. I already recommended to my friend. Comes with remote battery.
It's very easy to just pull it out of the box, plug it in and go. The remote is convenient and you can shift into reverse. It's a good range of motion exercise for your ankles and circulation in the legs, especially if you sit around alot. One problem we have is if you don't sit just right and put your foot on the pedal just right there is a horribly annoying chunk. With every revolution. Clunk clunk clunk. I may consider returning it.
The only problem was with the remote. When it wouldn't work I checked the battery. When I opened the remote, it literally fell apart and would not snap back together again. Everything in the remote was loose and not attached to anything. Even the battery had nothing to snap into. Hence, I have to operate the product by bending down every time to select the mode, timer and pause, off and on switch.
It doesn't work properly, it's hard to peddle and when you do it keeps a loud sound that makes you jump. I am so sorry I purchase it. I tried to take it back but I was told this company won't take it back. I was so disappointed
