These boots are much nicer than I expected them to be. I got the silver and the gold. Both are equally beautiful. They have a shine to them, but they're not bright or gaudy. They are so comfortable and sturdy with a nonslip rubber sole. I will say they run large. I normally wear a size 8.5, but I size up to 9 in boots for socks. I got 8.5 in these boots and there is plenty of room for socks. I highly recommend these!
