It doesn’t have much effect for trying to go to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I've had my coffee. I appreciate that it's non habit forming so I'm not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

I really liked these tablets, and they worked as you'd expect. One thing I typically don't like is when you feel groggy the next day—but I didn't experience that with these tablets. I didn't mind how they tasted & they worked well! Totally would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottle is easy to open.Inside you will find little blue pill that is very easy to swallow. Unison sleep tablets works very well for me. Mast be taken at least 30 min before bedtime. I have hard time falling asleep and stay asleep longer then 3 hours because of hot flashes and night sweet. I was given opportunity to try this sleep aid and I'm glad that I took it.It helps me sleep ,very deep sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. I do not wake up groggy. I would recommend you to try this sleep said if you have trouble sleeping. But first talk to your Dr.

These sleep tabs really helped me sleep through the night so I was rested for a day of sightseeing. They are easy to swallow and are fast working. Recently, that has been compounded by having to temporarily sleep on an air mattress after our dog's surgery, to watch over him at night. After more than two months of absolutely pathetic sleep, I tried these Unisom tabs and actually got a good night's sleep. Even on nights when I've slept lots of hours, I was still waking up exhausted. I took this the first night and was amazed by how restful my sleep actuality was. I hit a 90 sleep score according to my Fitbit, vs. the 60s - 70s that I've been experiencing. I've tried it several times since and while not every night has been as good as that, they've all been better than my typical sleep. It has successfully quieted my dreaming too, which is a factor in my lack of restful sleep. I also haven't had any issues with major grogginess, though on a few occasions it's taken longer than normal to rub the sleep from my eyes the next morning. But my brain has been sharp and unaffected by using this, which is great. I can take one pill and know I'll still be functional the next morning. I honestly didn't have high expectations from this and was pleasantly surprised by the efficacy and ease of use. And if it can help my sleep, I imagine almost anyone could benefit from it.

The size was not overpowering or too large. I did not feel groggy like most other sleep aids. I also did not have any stomach issues after taking these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sleep aid. Directions say to take about 30 minutes before you go to bed. I will say I did fall asleep about 30-45 minutes after I took this. No weird side effects for me. They do not taste very good in my opinion, kind of metallic. I just take them with water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were slightly effective for me but everyone is different. The onset wasn't very fast but I was able to fall asleep a bit quicker than usual. Like I said everyone is different so judge for yourself. I usually have a very hard time falling asleep so I guess these were a bit helpful.
