It doesn’t have much effect for trying to go to sleep.

The size was not overpowering or too large. I did not feel groggy like most other sleep aids. I also did not have any stomach issues after taking these.

I've had a really positive experience with Unisom SleepTabs. I've tried different sleep aids in the past but they left me half awake and groggy the next morning. Unisom allows me to sleep peacefully and effectively. The tablet is small and easy to swallow without any aftertaste. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I've had my coffee. I appreciate that it's non habit forming so I'm not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottle is easy to open.Inside you will find little blue pill that is very easy to swallow. Unison sleep tablets works very well for me. Mast be taken at least 30 min before bedtime. I have hard time falling asleep and stay asleep longer then 3 hours because of hot flashes and night sweet. I was given opportunity to try this sleep aid and I'm glad that I took it.It helps me sleep ,very deep sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. I do not wake up groggy. I would recommend you to try this sleep said if you have trouble sleeping. But first talk to your Dr.

I will say I did fall asleep about 30-45 minutes after I took this. No weird side effects for me. They do not taste very good in my opinion, kind of metallic. I just take them with water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally I achieved a great nights sleep. I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep and everything wakes me up. I went to bed 8-9 hours before I had to get up before trying the product and I woke up pleasantly surprised. I not only fell asleep faster but I was able to stay asleep. This product does not have a smell and I did not experience any side effects.

Like I said everyone is different so judge for yourself. I usually have a very hard time falling asleep so I guess these were a bit helpful.
