Great price. I found them to have a slight after taste when I let them dissolve in my mouth, so I swallow them. It takes a little longer for me to feel drowsy, which is fine. I usually take my night meds about 30 minutes before bed anyway, so it works for me.

I was pessimistic that a natural product could do very much as a sleep aid, but I was very wrong indeed! When this product arrived I gave one to my adult (special needs) daughter, who usually wakes up several times during the night to have snacks, and I also took one, as I stay up far too late and I need to get back on a routine for the start of the school year. It tasted great (fruity) and melted in our mouths. My daughter began to show obvious signs of sleepiness within a few minutes. I began to feel very much at peace first, followed by sleepiness. We both went to bed at a decent hour and got a great night's sleep. If she got up, I didn't know it because I was resting very comfortably. We will definitely continue to use this product!

These vitamins are absolutely amazing! They are an honest fast dissolve and taste great! They are not too big or have a yucky chalky taste. They work fast as well! 1 tablet and I slept all night calmly and hard and woke feeling very refreshed and energized!

These quick dissolve tablets contain twice the melatonin as in other brands. They are pleasantly flavored to make swallowing easy. And the tablets are nice and small--no horse pills here. Melatonin is produced by our bodies but the amount we produce gradually reduces as we age. I take one of these tablets 1/2 hour before bedtime and I go gently to sleep. I wake up refreshed with no hangover. No longer do I lie in bed listening to my husband sleep soundly while I wait to go to sleep. They are safe and gentle. They also help when traveling to adjust your body clock to the local time zone and overcome jetlag.

This product really helps with sleep. Both fall asleep quickly and get a restful nights sleep for sure. I did feel a little groggy in the morning so I attempted to take a half a dose which is actually recommended on the bottle's instructions to check tolerance. However, these pills are tiny, do not have a score, and made to fast dissolve so when cut, they tend to just crush and crumble. If 20 milligrams is your dose then these are definitely for you! They don't taste horrible either

I recently started using thsi supplement from iHerb, and I was impressed by its quality and ingredients. The size of the capsules and the recommended dosage are convenient, making it easy to incorporate into my routine. While it's still too early to fully notice the benefits, I'm hopeful it will help me reach my goals. The taste is mild and pleasant, which is a nice bonus!

It was the cheapest melatonin among the ones with the least amount of fillers... ideally it should not contain fillers, but the tablet is small and the dosage of fillers is less compared to the others.. In my opinion it is the best melatonin on Iherb..but not the best you can buy...

These definitely work… maybe a little too well. They kick in pretty fast and help you fall asleep, which is great if your brain won't shut off. But 20 mg is strong. I woke up feeling a little groggy if I took a full one. The fast dissolve is nice and easy, no issues there. I ended up using half instead and that worked better for me. Good product, just be mindful of the strength.
