works great in every country, just turn the pronges for Australia and New Zealand. seems well built. lED light lets you know the outlet is powered. obviously it doesnt convert voltage so only use deviced that can accept the higher voltage if outside US.

This is perfect for my needs. It works really well in the UK and I'm going to test it in Europe in the coming months. It is compact and comes in an easy to open box. Keeps it safe. Has a USB and a USB-C slot so great for charging my IPhone and watch together. I do find I have to plug the items in first because the slots are on the side and it's a little difficult to do it after you've plugged it into a power strip. But it would be easier if using a wall socket directly. Saves carrying around a bunch of plug adapters (which are large in the UK). Very happy with its performance so far.

Unfortunately I could not use it. It is for a European outlet. I needed it for a conversion of European prongs to U.S. outlet.

Easy to use and worked great to charge a cell phone. Smart design with retractable parts. Used in London.

This charger was great for when I traveled for 10 days through London, Paris, Milan, Florence %26 Rome.. it switched effortlessly between outlet availability.. couldn't have been easier %26 efficient.

I'll have to update this review once I get back because I haven't gotten to use yet. So far though, it matches what is needed while visiting other countries.

The normal plug part worked well. I loved the light so I was reminded to turn on the switch for the outlet. However I never could get either of the usb plugs to work.

It's cute and compact and a good price, but it blew out my surge protector and the fuse in my hotel room on the first plug in, so I don't completely trust it.

I bought this for a trip to Australia. Well guess what? The description says universal, but it actually does not plug into an Australian outlet. It's missing the correct plug. Okay, so I'll use it to plus Aussie electrical products into a US plug. Well the Aussie plug does not go all the way into the adaptor, so it's not useable for that either. Would be okay for Europe or the UK, but feels cheap overall. I realized this outside the return window unfortunately but am writing a review anyway so you'll look for something else.

Doesn't connect properly, keeps blinking and fluctuates the current flow and this will eventually damage any electronics device
