Helpful, and serve its purpose, I like that the water bottle goes inside the dispenser so it takes less space. Water does not get as cold as I would wish.

Please considered to reviewed and assess its so noise and loud once you use any of the water options for refilling a water on your cup,glass etc.recovering for next use

it's not what what I expected items is smaller than I expected, I was supposed for a bit bigger than that I not happy with the items 😕.

The machine was always rattling and loud everytime you tried using the hot water side, and it wouldn't stop unless you completely unplugged from the socket plugged. Also its from 3rd party supplier that did not wanna offer a fix, a full refund, or a newer one. It was an issue and difficult to deal with them back and forth emails, so finally i gave in as a customer to accept their pleading less refunds bcus i didn't wanna deal with them any longer.

I used the payment over time. One of the 2 dispensers that I bought stopped working and I am still paying for it.!!

I called customer service twice because this item doesn't work. I wanna do exchange no answer. No one call me back. They said after 48 hours we will call you back till now. No one call me and the customer service is not good. I need a new one. I told them I have to change it for my mom for me. She's old. She needs drink, cold water and no responding now.

After having it for only a few weeks it started leaking and the cold water stopped working. Sent an email to the sender and still no reply back.

Suddenly broke within 2 months of regular use. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller answered my inquiries for help; I had to rely on the protection plan I purchased. The product itself feels cheap; I would not recommend it.
