I get frequent kidney stones which cause UTI's but antibiotics cause me stomach/ GI issues. I started taking these and now no more UTI's and less kidney stones too! It also has reduced the feeling of urgency. Tastes good too!

I personally hate pills(cause you just never know the size) and some it's just impossible to swallow. These are chewable and makes things so much easier. The flavor is pleasant, there is a chalky aftertaste thou. However, if you like smarties or sweetarts then the chalky aftertaste won't be an issue. I did notice a change in my urine color upon continued use. This was a great improvement and a move towards better urinary tract health.
