I have a small dog, less than 10 lbs. I don't believe this toy is meant for a big dog with an aggressive bite. It's a hard plastic with silicone or rubber like outside. My dog is obsessed with this toy, he loves dropping it from my couch and going after it. I usually keep it on the 30 second mode for him, so he can play as much as he wants while I'm at work. It came with a rope attached and an extra one, with instructions to attach it. He was definitely nervous at first use, it almost scared him away until I showed him he can dominate it. Lol I hope your dog enjoys it too!

Shipping was very fast and packaged nicely! Just got it, so we will see how long it lasts. But my 4 month old girl just has a blast of a time playing with it lol! It bounces around for a bit, then it goes into a dormant mode. Which is nice! Easy to recharge while she recharges lol

one of the best toys I have purchased for my fur baby. She is kept occupied for hours chasing it all over the house. The rope on the top is an added way for her to grab it when it's in motion. The charge lasts quite a while. I only have to charge it overnight and it's good to go for the next day. Highly recommend this for active dogs.

My dog loves these. When I can't get him out for a walk, I put these out and he has a blast! So entertaining!

My pet was curious about the toy at first, but she played with it for hours before going to bed. It was the first thing she wanted after waking up the next morning. Very pleased with the hours of entertainment.

My 18-month-old Frenchie was afraid of it at first, but soon got used to it and loved it !!! Now she had a blast playing with it. It lights up, twirls the rope around, emits a chirping sound, and even changes light colors. And while it does emit a chirping sound, it's not obnoxious like some dog toys as it's at a manageable level. I love that it's rechargeable and it charges fast and so far the charge seems to last quite a few play hours- more than I anticipated. I also love that they included a spare rope to attach to the ball because the ball is sure to outlast the rope. Overall, a very solid toy.

My dog absolutely went nuts! He is a medium sized working breed! He chewed on it so hard, that the first rope was gone within 5 minutes! Ok, so they gave me another one. I put that one on the next day, and it was also gone so fast! I didn't find all the pieces so I expect to find some in his stools! So far so good! Once the ropes were gone, he continued to swat it around, like a cat, and he chewed on it. Since the hard plastic is surrounded by what seemed like thick rubber, I wasn't worried. At the end of the day, I decided I had better charge it up. That's when I found that he had literally removed the rubber cover, and was chewing on the hard plastic! After I got the rubber cover back on, I went to plug it in, and found that he had bent the usb-c port! I took a small pocket knife and was able to straighten the pin in that port, and am able to charge it tonight. But I really was hoping that, for $20, I would have some mental entertainment for him that would last more than a couple days! I gave this a 3 star review, because I realize that my dog just might be too psycho for any toys like this. I bought a thick blue rubber football squeaky for him months ago, and he loves it still, and still chooses to play with it, so I guess I'll just have to keep looking for things to mentally tire him out!

My dog already had it taken apart in 1 day. Now it is not really working anymore. Material he already sunk his teeth in it.

My dog love this but immediately bit the top part, remove the outside protection, and ruined it. fun while it lasted, but it lasted only a few minutes.
