I was looking for a wireless Ethernet cord for a good while and I finally found one that was affordable and works well!
Super easy to set up work worked well, even with one of the little and antenna of things on it came broke on one side that doesn't seem to be affected in it
The adapter received doesn't look even close to the one offered. The info on the page says: Insert adapter, insert installation CD... The adapter came without an installation CD or a driver download link. The computer didn't recognize the adapter and I had to search online for the driver. Unprofessional seller.
Used the item twice. It works OK but upon removal, the metal jacket that goes into the USB slot stayed in the USB port, requirind needle nose pliers to remove it. If I hadn't looked closely, damage to the USB port could have been done.
The software/program necessary for setting up and using this Wifi adaptor was not sent with the item. I spent quite a bit of time searching the internet for the software/program or instructions on how to set the adaptor up on my computer without an installation, but unfortunately in the end I was not able to this information.
at first it started out good but it's cheap and flimsy and now it's having a problem holding the 2.4 versus 5G status and I don't think it's going to hold up very long so I can't give it a high rating but it wasn't expensive when I needed a different time but I buy it again probably not
when i recieved my item the disc was vroken and the package was damaged
I bought this previously and it worked super good the second time I got this little price of plastic I only got 20 mbs download when with the other I got upwards of 300-400 download speed I'm not joking it looked like a usb adapter for a wireless mouse this is a bargain so buy at your own risk
i wish i could give this zero stars but other people must know about this! first off, when i plugged it into my pc, i had to restart it three times because the connection was spotty/slow. and then after i got it to start working my connection would cut out, go buggy or just stop working altogether. ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME ITEM AS IN THE PICTURE. the picture claims they are 802.11ac but its actually an 802.11n. exactly what they say they're NOT in the picture. i'm gonna be refunding my money soon if i cant get this piece of crap to work. shame on you people.
I down loaded the drivers then installed the unit and extracted the files and lo and behold the thing does ntot work. Attemped to try itseveral more times with the same result. Not worth any money Save youe time. By the way No costomer service at least anyone smart enough help me
