Although they were just ok, I should have known better. I really don't like wheat snacks but tried these because they're a little healthier. I won't buy again. I prefer the sour dough pretzels. That's just my taste

Burnt Pretzels
I love these pretzels as does my family but the two bags that I purchased online were delivered broken, and all were burnt. I received a bad batch. I buy these often in the store and never have I experienced any burnt flavor. This is my first review of being very disappointed in a product I received from you and I've been a loyal customer for many years.
